- NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Willard City Council will hold a Public Hearing on October 24, 2019, during the Willard City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South, Willard, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on a proposed $75,000 increase of the Park Capital Improvements 2019-20 Fiscal Year Budget from the balance of the Capital Improvements Budget.
