- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: a. The Council shall receive public input input then consider a recommendation to adopt the City Code 10 entitled 'Land Use Regulations' and to repeal Title 10 as it currently read and adopt a new Title 10 amendment 2019-04. b. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2019-11 requesting the recertification of the Wellsville Justice Court. 9. Dylin Bowen-Discuss Eagle Scout project of spreading bark chips at the city parks. 10. Mammie Hammer-Discuss holding youth council elections at the City Office on November 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. 11.
