Hooper, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17th, 2019. Work meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. CALL TO ORDER Pledge of Allegiance & Reverence 3. REPORTS September Financials FY 2019-2020 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 3. CITY BUSINESS 1. Final Approval - Turner Legacy Subdivision; Eight (8) lots, 5900 South and 4300 West., (4 acres) 2. Discussion and approval on options for SB -34 (Moderate Income Housing Compliance). 3. Discussion on possible request for Annexation by Beverly Parker Bailey approx. 6300 W and 6700 West, south of the Davis County Boundary. 4.
