- NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION AND SAMPLE BALLOT NOVEMBER 5, 2019 In accordance with Utah State Code ยง 20A-5-101 notice is hereby given that the following City positions are to be voted upon in the Springville City 2019 Municipal General Election: (3) Council Member positions - each four year terms The General Election will be held November 05, 2019. A voter service center will be open on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the City Civic Center, 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. A sample ballot for the upcoming Municipal General Election may be obtained from the following sources: - Springville City website at www.springville.org and www.vote.utah.gov - Springville City offices at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah during normal business hours. - By contacting the City Recorder at kcrane@springville.org or (801) 489-2700. Ballots must be post marked no later than November 04, 2019 or dropped off at any Voter Service Center by 8:00 p.m. November 05, 2019.
