PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 24th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 E 100 S, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1473 W State St (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider the request of Richmond American Homes for an expandable residential phasing plan called Hidden Springs Subdivision Condominium Plat 'A,' on property located at approx. 1471 W 300 N in the Grove Mixed-Use (GMU) Overlay Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 1028 E Grove Creek Dr. (Grove Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Tyler Parrish for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an accessory structure, approximately 22 ft. in height, on property located at 1028 Grove Creek Drive in the R1-12 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 2054 W Grove Parkway (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Daniel Thomas for a site plan for two, single-story office buildings on property located at approximately 2054 West Grove Parkway in The Grove Zone - Interchange Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approx. 2362 N 100 E (Big Spring Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of James Hancock to apply the R1-20 (Single Family Residential) Zone to approximately 2.35 acres on property located at 2362 North 100 East. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Section 10-15: Supplementary Development Standards (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City to amend City Code Section 10-15: Supplementary Design Standards, by adding the following section, Section 10-15-49: Frontage Requirements for Commercial Developments, to specify requirements, for commercial developments only, regarding frontage and accessibility on a public street. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Section 10-21-4: Conditions for the establishment of home business (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City to amend City Code Section 10-21-4: Conditions for the establishment of home business, by changing the conditions and requirements for uses involving sales or retail of products from a residence, including online sales.
