LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On October 24, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:
Public hearing and recommendation of Boyd Brown's request for review of a general plan amendment on 20.75-acres of property located at approximately 4300 West 1800 North changing the land use designation to Light Industrial and Commercial. (Tabled from the August 22, 2019 meeting)
Public hearing and consideration of Boyd Brown's request for approval of The Hub Concept, a 14-acre commercial/light industrial development located at approximately 4300 West 1800 North.
Public hearing and recommendation of Mitch McCuistion's request for review of the Sunset Farms Phase 2 Concept, a 6-lot residential development located at 1900 South Bridle Path Loop in a proposed RA-1 zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Mitch McCuistion's request for review of a General Plan amendment from VLDRA (very low density residential agriculture) to VLDR (very low density residential) for 4.9-acres of property located at approximately 1900 South Bridle Path Loop.
Public hearing and recommendation of Mark Hampton's request for preliminary subdivision review of Mitchell Grove, a 20-lot residential development located at 1193 West 1500 North in an approved R-1-Flex (residential) zone.
Public hearing and consideration of Impact Signs request for conditional use approval of a monument sign with an EMD for Holiday Oil located at 2100 North Ashton Blvd.
Public hearing and recommendation of Bryce Fairbourn's request for review of the Pheasant Run zone change, approximately 4.19-acres of property located at 827 West 900 North changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to R-1-Flex (residential).
Public hearing and recommendation of Bryce Fairbourn's request for review of the Pheasant Run concept, a 13-lot residential development located at 827 West 900 North.
Public hearing and recommendation of Breezy Anson's request for review of the Gordon zone change, approximately 1.63-acres of property located at approximately 2300 West 871 North changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) to NC (Neighborhood Commercial)
Public hearing and recommendation of Alpine School District's request for review of the West Lehi Elementary Plat B zone change, approximately 1.72-acres of property located at 1100 West 1450 South changing the zoning from R-1-22 to R-1-15.
Public hearing and recommendation of Alpine School District's request for review of the West Lehi Elementary Plat B concept, a 5-lot residential development located at 1100 West 1450 South in a proposed R-1-15 zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Scott Warner's request for review of a zone change from TH-5 (transitional holding) to NC (neighborhood commercial) on 1.24-acres located at approximately 2900 North and 1200 West.
Public hearing and consideration of Scott Warner's request for approval of Aspire Creative Arts Group Concept Plan, a 1.24-acre commercial development located at approximately 2900 North 1200 West in a proposed NC (neighborhood commercial) zone.
Public hearing and consideration of Schafer Magana's request for approval of a conditional use permit for the SKG Management Impound Yard located in an existing building at 4651 North Digital Drive.
