- ELECTION NOTICE Hyrum City will hold a Municipal General Election Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Any citizen of the United States who has been a resident of the State of Utah for 30 days immediately preceding the election; and is a current resident of Hyrum City who will be at least 18 years of age on the day of the election; and who is properly registered, is entitled to vote in the election. All registered voters of Hyrum City will vote at the Hyrum City Council Chambers, 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah. Voters must present a valid Government ID: Driver's License, State issued ID card, Passport or Military ID to be issued a Ballot.
