Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday October 9, 2019 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1. Review and Approval of minutes from September 11 , 2019 Town Council Meeting. 2. Review and Approval of September 11- October 9, 2019 Bills/Payroll. 3. Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4. Zac From BRAG discussing wildlife planning 5. Review and approve RV Resolution 2019-05 - Changing length of stay for visiting RVs Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 6. Discuss and vote on water ordinance change on fire hydrant. 7. Review completed proof Roads- Lesley Smith 8. Discussion concerning light on pole at 25720 N 9. Bill Gilson and Lesley - Discussion and update on what still needs done to finish 8800 project. Also finish money. 10. Glen helping on roads 11. Discussion and decision on mowing barrow pits. 12. Discussion and decision on tree trimmings. $1800 13. Discussion and decision on what to do with old culverts from road project. Planning and Zoning- Martina John Review and approve Mariah Huggins Building permit Review and approve Grant Bell Subdivision Parks- Tyson Nielson Fire Department Sgt.
