Notice is hereby given that the Millville City Council will hold their regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at the Millville City Office, 510 East 300 South in Millville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. (Please note that all times listed are approximate.) 1. Call to Order / Roll Call - Mayor David Hair. 2. Opening Remarks / Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Daniel Grange. 3. Approval of agenda and time allocation. 4. Approval of minutes of the City Council Meeting - September 26, 2019. 5. Agenda Items- A. Public Comment Period (2 min/person; sign-up sheet available at door prior to meeting). B. Domestic Violence Awareness Month - CAPSA Representative. C. Discussion on Habitat for Humanity Home at 262 N. 300 E. - Dev. Coordinator Meadows. D. Stellar Auto Complaint and Parking in City Right-of-Way - Councilmember Wilker. E. Update from Bear River Health Department Meeting - Mayor Hair. F. Consideration for adopting a resolution authorizing the maximum amount of $15,000,000 water and sewer revenue bonds, in one or more series, pursuant to a master resolution to be approved by the Mayor, City Recorder and Councilmember Grange as the Pricing Committee, for water and sewer system improvements, and related improvements; and related matters - Mayor Hair.
