- CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE OR AMEND GENERAL PLAN Notice is hereby given that Centerville City intends to prepare proposed General Plan amendments regarding the Moderate Income Housing Plan as set forth in Section 12-490 of the Centerville General Plan. The City is considering various changes to the Moderate Income Housing Plan that may have substantial impact on land uses and development in the area. Affected entities and interested parties are invited to provide information for Centerville City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and amending its General Plan in accordance with Utah Code Ann. ยง 10-9a-203.
