Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GOVEN that on October 14, 2019, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Bluff shall hold a public hearing from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The location of the public hearing is in the Bluff Community Center, 190 North 3rd East, Bluff, Utah 84512. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the original adoption of an outdoor lighting ordinance for the incorporated town of Bluff, Utah. This public hearing is set pursuant to Utah Code 10-9a-204 to allow members of the public a reasonable opportunity to be heard and to comment on the proposed ordinance.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Sarah Burak, Chair, at 435-672-9990.
