- KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Parks and Recreation Building at 85 North 100 East. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the meeting on September 26, 2019. 2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation 'B' tree removal services at 1901 Bonneville Lane for Christy Hampton. 3. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation 'B' daycare services at 562 East 1475 South for Terri K. Mills. 4. Public Hearing and preliminary plat approval for Kourosh subdivision at 946 East 300 North for Kourosh Haroni. 5. Planning Commission Bylaws discussion. 6. Kaysville City General Plan amendment discussion. 7. Call to the public. 8. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 9. Adjournment.
