NOTICE OF MEETING MURRAY CITY - SCHOOL COORDINATING COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a meeting of the Murray City - School Coordinating Council on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at the Murray City Center, 5025 South State Street. 5:00 p.m. Conference Room #107: Dale Cox conducting. 1. Approval of Minutes - April 10, 2019 2. Business Items 3.1 Economic Development Report - Melinda Greenwood 3.2 Police Report - Chief Burnett 3.3 Mayor's Report - Mayor Blair Camp 3.4 School District Report - Superintendent Jennifer Covington 3.5 Other Items from School Board or City Council Members 4. Internal Business Items 4.1 Election of Chair (School District) and Vice-Chair (City Council) for calendar year 2020. 4.2 Next Meeting Date - January 8 or January 15, 2020 5. Adjournment

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon a request to the Office of the Murray City Recorder, 801-264-2660. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2508.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a council member does participate via telephonic communication, the council member wil be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other council members and all other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
