- Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a city-initiated proposal to update the Affordable Housing element of the city's General Plan as required by Utah State Code. This notice is given pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 10-9a-203. A public hearing on the proposal will be held at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (Council Chambers), 2277 East Bengal Boulevard, on Wednesday, October 16th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. Inquiries should be directed to Mike Johnson, Community & Economic Development Director, at 801-944-7060 or at mjohnson@ch.utah.gov.
- Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
- In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify Paula Melgar, City Recorder, at 801-944-7021 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. If you would like to submit written comments on any agenda item they should be received by Michael Johnson no later than Wednesday at noon. Comments can be emailed to mjohnson@ch.utah.gov

- Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
