- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Payson City Planning Commission hearing will be held on Wednesday October 9, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson to receive public input on the following: Lynn Peery proposes a two lot single-family residential subdivision, Peery Estates, on 0.45 acres in the R-1-7.5 zone and arranged on parcel ID# 08:045:0023 at 385 E 200 North, Payson.
