September 4, 2019 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:01 pm. Those present were commission members Kit and Annie Anderson, Tracy Randall, Pattie Hansen and Tyler Rowley. The meeting was opened to public comment. Richard Webb addressed the commission about his garage plans. They discussed the frontage and breezeway requirements for an accessory building. Currently, his plans are not up to code. He will be on next month's agenda to receive his zoning clearance after required changes are made to his plans. Item #1 Cindy Ward driveway approach request for property at 655 E 100 N Cleveland The commission had no issues or regulations regarding a property approach. Since it's an existing home, it would be the property owner's responsibility to install and pay for an approach. Cindy agreed to pay for the installation herself but asked if there were any restrictions on putting in a culvert because the road grade is so steep. There were no known restrictions. She will address the town council at their next meeting to see what can be done about the road grade and the culvert. Cindy also had plans for a new garage. Her plans will also have to change because of breezeway requirements. She will also present new plans next month. Item #2 Adjourn meeting Kit made a motion to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Annie. All were in favor. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned. Shannon World, clerk
