NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENACT OR MODIFY THE TRANSPORTATION AND PARK IMPACT
FEE FACILITIES PLAN (IFFP) AND IMPACT ANALYSIS (IFA)
PUBLIC HEARING : The City Council of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 16th Day of October, 2019 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible. West Haven City, located in Weber County, Utah serving development within the City's current municipal boundaries, intends to enact or modify its impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to transportation and park services. The City invites the public to attend the hearing and provide any comments related to the to the referenced documents. Also the documents are available for review at West Haven City Hall or on the City's website at www.westhavencity.com. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
