Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order: a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a recommendation to adopt the City Code Title 10 entitled 'Land Use Regulations' to repeal Title 10 as it currently reads and adopt a new Title 10. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Brent Parker to reduce the setbacks from 150' to 40' on parcel #11-091-0013, due to the size of the parcel as allowed by code. c. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request for a conditional use, from Roger Cook to have his existing home at 281 East 100 North be declared a 'Multiple Family Dwelling' (Duplex) Tax Id#11-086-0065 7. Chris Clark-present for possible approval the final plan for the Clark Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) from 598 South 300 West to 600 South 250 West. Tax Id#10-026-0014 8. Other zoning matters
