- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct a public hearing on October 15, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for: - General plan amendment for parcel number 59:034:0003 to retain Neighborhood Residential 1 zoning and add Agricultural/Rural 2, Neighborhood Residential 3 and Commercial. The materials for the proposed item may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
