CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Hamlet Development is requesting a General Plan Map amendment from Professional Office to High Density Residential for the property located 4782 S Muirhouse Drive for approximately 1.63 acres. File #1G19. Hamlet Development is requesting a Zoning Map amendment from Hospital to SSD-R-Muirhouse for the property located 4782 S Muirhouse Drive for approximately 1.63 acres. File #8Z19. Hamlet Development is requesting a Zoning Text amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code Chapter 13.39 SSD-R-Muirhouse Zoning District. File #9Z19. Hamlet Development is requesting preliminary plat approval for a 24-lot subdivision located at 4782 S Muirhouse Drive. File #7S19. The City of Taylorsville is proposing to amend the General Plan to include the Moderate-Income Housing Plan. #2G19. The City of Taylorsville is requesting a Zoning Text amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code Section 13.20.020 Residential Front Yard Building Setbacks. File #11Z19. David Werts is requesting a Subdivision Amendment for the property located at 1758 W 5400 S. File #8S19.
