- Vineyard, Utah will hold a municipal election on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. The proposition to be voted on in the election is Proposition 2, which is to enact a sales and use tax for recreation, arts, and parks. A copy of the voter information pamphlet can be downloaded on the Public Notice website, from our website, or picked up at our city offices during normal office hours. Vineyard will be using Vote by Mail for the election. Ballots will be mailed October 15, 2019 and must be postmarked no later than November 4, 2019. A sample ballot can be downloaded on the Public Notice website and from our website. Registered voters may also submit their ballot in person at the City Offices, Monday - Thursday between 8 am and 5 pm and Fridays between 8 am and noon. Ballots must be turned in no later than Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 8 pm. Ballots may be placed in the drop box located on the south side of the parking lot at our city offices until 8:00 PM on election day.
