- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING / HEARING OCTOBER 22, 2019 and NOVEMBER 21, 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend Title 19, 'Zoning', Table 6-2 Table of Land Use Regulations to allow Cannabis Production as a permitted use in the M-2 zone. The Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
