- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that Tabiona Town Council will hold its regular council meeting on the day of October 08, 2019 at the Tabiona Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Welcome A. Call to Order B. Approval of September Minutes 2. The Town of Tabiona will hold a public hearing to solicit comments concerning a funding submitted to the Community Impact Board (CIB) for the amount of $2,607,850. If granted, the Town will use the funds to construct an additional storage tank, upgrade the main water line, and develop a new spring site with transmission line. The amount of the funding request is $2,607,850. 3. Resolution to Cancel Municipal Election-No contested offices Utah State Code 20A-1-206(1) 4. Resolution for Enterprise Zone designation 5. Cemetery Lots 6. Water Meter Repair 7. Financial Review and Approval of Checks 8. Adjourn Jenny Giles Town Cler
