- NOTICE OF INTENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF Farmington City's intent to amend its General Plan to meet the states requirements of SB 34 (Moderate Income Housing) including modifications to the Master Transportation and Land Use element thereto. Any questions regarding the same may be directed to Community Development Department, 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah 84025 or at mbooth@farmington.utah.gov.
