NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2019 as close to 6:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to rezone property located at 2394 Murray Holladay Rd. from R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential, 10,000 min. bldg. lot size) to R-2-10 (Two-Family Residential, 10,000 sq. ft. min. lot size) for, and in behalf of, Ron Hilton as property owner and applicant. Information regarding this matter is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT 84117.
