- CITY COUNCIL MEETING AMENDED AGENDA City Council Chambers - 75 West Center, Fillmore, Utah Tuesday October 1, 2019 6:30 PM 6:30 PM CALL TO ORDER and Pledge of Allegiance ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS - Approve minutes of the previous meeting - Approve purchase orders, payroll and payment of bills - Licenses and permits PUBLIC COMMENT COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS - Fire Department Report - Millard County Commission Report - Discussion regarding Fillmore City dog pound OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL - Jack Davies request funding for fall Main Street decorations - Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 19-08 to adopt city code as reviewed and codified by Sterling Codifiers - Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 19-18 adopting a policy concerning the use of the Fillmore City Municipal Airport courtesy vehicle - Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 19-09 amending the zone standards for the Highway Commercial District, Light Industrial District, and Public/Quasi Public District, including changes to the use tables for the zones to include storage containers and the specific review criteria for certain conditional uses COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
