EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper Emergency Preparedness Executive Committee will hold a Business Meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 4:00 PM, at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah 84020 in the Administration Conference Room. The Agenda will be as follows: 1. Welcome and Introductions a. District Leader Mavis Glad District report. b. Discussion; Battalion Chief Robert Lambert Changes of administrative responsibilities for C.E.R.T. training and Community Emergency Preparedness. c. Community District Organization Chart How organization chart currently looks and any proposed or needed changes. d. Reporting and Communications Structure Communications between Executive Committee, Districts, Draper City and Fire Department. Catastrophic Events Non-Catastrophic Events 2. Committee Member Reports 3.
