- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 1st day of October 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember N. Sparks - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held September 17, 2019 2. New Business - CAPSA - A Representative from CAPSA will be here to discusss Domestic Violence Awareness Month 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Quarterly Budget Review - Town Employee Christmas Party Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Youth Halloween Activities - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Bids on Updating Water Meter Reader System - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - September Warrant List - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - October 15, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
