NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 1 October 2019, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Petitions & communications: a. Preston Cook, concerning request for relief on water overage charge b. Chelcey Franco, concerning: * request for relief on water overage charge * domestic animals killed by roving dogs c. Jay Blain, concerning speed bumps d. Tammy Brewer, concerning speed bumps e. Josh Brewer, concerning speed bumps f. Miriam Cottam, concerning speed bumps g. Liz Brotherson, concerning speed bumps h. Dennis Roberts, concerning speed bumps i. Chelcey Franco, concerning speed bumps Business: 1. Discuss & pass slight wording changes to water application Approval of minutes for town council meeting held 3 September 2019 Approval for payment of September 2019 invoices Reports of officers and boards Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
