Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Council will hold a Public Hearing Monday, October 7, 2019 at 7:00 pm. Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the Milford City Offices located at 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to provide information to consumers and hear public comment regarding the proposed rate increases relating to the culinary water project. The public is encouraged to attend.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Milford City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs. Request for assistance can be made by contacting the City Recorder at 435.387.2711 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to be held.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Electronic participation is not available for meetings of this public body.
