These items are for information only and do not require action by the City Council. 2. AGENDA REVIEW The City Council will review items on the Consent Agenda and Policy Session Agenda. 3. PRELIMINARY PLATS & SITE PLANS 13.A. Holiday Oil Tank Expansion - Site Plan The proposed site plan application is for the expansion and addition of more tanks to the existing Chevron station, located on the southeast corner of Eagle Mountain Boulevard and Pony Express Parkway. 13.B. John Walden Clubhouse - Site Plan The proposed clubhouse is on 1.6 acres of land, located between Trailhead Road and Stagecoach Run, north of City Hall (59:044:0152). 13.C. West Side Theatre Company - Temporary Site Plan This application is for a temporary site plan to erect a temporary structure at the Silverlake amphitheater and other necessary facilities for theater productions. 13.D. Strides Pediatric Therapy Site Plan, and Preliminary Plat The proposed Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan, and Preliminary Plat is for a Equine Assisted Therapy center located on approximately 10 acres (Parcel 59:051:0019). 13.E. SilverLake South - Preliminary Plat A preliminary plat for all remaining units south of the Tickville Wash in SilverLake. SCHEDULED ITEMS 14. AGREEMENTS 14.A. AGREEMENT - Agreement between Eagle Mountain City, Utah and the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce for the Management and Maintenance of the Ladder Signs. BACKGROUND: (Presented by Community Development Director Aaron Sanborn) The proposed agreement between Eagle Mountain City and the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce is for the maintenance of the ladder signs that are located throughout the City. 15. CITY COUNCIL/MAYOR'S BUSINESS This time is set aside for the City Council's and Mayor's comments on City business. 16. CITY COUNCIL BOARD LIAISON REPORTS This time is set aside for Councilmembers to report on the boards they are assigned to as liaisons to the City Council. 17. COMMUNICATION ITEMS 17.A.
