- Pursuant to UCA ยง 52-4-202 notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale City Council, Hildale/Colorado City Utility Board and Hildale City Planning and Zoning Commission and to the general public that the members of the Hildale City Council, Hildale/Colorado City Utility Board and Hildale City Planning and Zoning Commission may be attending a one hour training on the policies, procedures and ordinance changes adopted to implement the court injunction covering Hildale and Colorado City. 50 North Colvin Street Colorado City Arizona Friday, September 27, at 12:30 p.m. MDT No formal action will be taken.
