Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Michael Paudle is seeking a conditional use permit for a monument sign for Montessori of Riverton, to be located at 1640 West 13200 South. - James Graham is seeking approval of a final commercial site plan for 'Riverton Creek Office Building' to be located at 11720 South Redwood Road. - Gavin Walker is seeking to amend a a previously approved Conditional Use Home Occupation for Nuvo Clean to be located at 3988 Red Tail Drive. *This item was removed from the agenda by city staff. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
