- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on October 8, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for: - A rezone of property, along Ranches Parkway and Half Mile Road in the Southwest corner (parcel number 580340440). The rezone will be from village core to commercial. - A rezone of property parcel number 580470017 The materials for the proposed item may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
