- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE SEPTEMBER 26, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Sovereign Properties seeking site plan approval for Spring Haven Farms Plat C Lots 8-9 located at 2414 & 2376 W 700 South in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Jason and Karen Davis seeking minor subdivision approval for the Jonah Phillips Homestead subdivision located in the area of 225 W 200 S in the R1-5 SingleFamily Residential Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
