NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the DAVIS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a public hearing in Room #2021 of the Davis County Health Department, 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2019. Pursuant to Utah Code 26A-1-12(1), the Board of Health will hold a public hearing to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit written data, views, and comments regarding proposed changes to the Adjudicative Hearing Procedures Regulation. The proposed changes include correcting grammar and misspellings, removing 'Immediate Compliance Order (IC)' definition, formally recognizing and numbering 'Settlement Agreements' as a type of Adjudicative Proceeding, as well as standardizing department formatting. Copies of the regulation are available for review at the Administration Offices of the Health Department located at 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, or the Department website (http://www.daviscountyutah.gov/docs/librariesprovider5/administration-documents/proposed-regulations/adjudicative-hearing-procedures-strikeout-8-13-19.pdf). Interested persons can contact Mr. Dave Spence, Davis County Health Department Deputy Director, at 801-525-5162 or davids@co.davis.ut.us. Written comments concerning the regulation will be considered as part of the hearing record if received at the Division office before 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 11, 2019
