IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, October 3, 2019 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing to receive public comment and consider amendments to the Ivins City FYE 2020 General Fund, Wastewater Fund, Street Impact Fees Fund, and the Water Fund Contact: Director of Finance, Lane Mecham 435-628-0606 ext. 704 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place or may submit their views in writing to the City Council. Copies of the Budgets are available for inspection at Ivins City Hall located at 55 N. Main, Ivins, Utah and are on the Ivins City website www.ivins.com In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari Jimenez at Ivins City Hall, 55 N.
