- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Vernon Town Council will hold a Public Hearing followed by its regular meeting on 8 October 2019 at 7:00 PM. The agenda shall be as follows: Public Hearing: 1. Land Use Management and Development Code - Off-Street Parking and Loading 2. Ordinance 2018-02 - An Ordinance Regulating the Use Regulations of Chapter 12 of the Land Use Management and Development Code by Regulating the Placement of Conex Boxes on Properties Followed by the Regular Town Council Meeting.
