- Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a request from San Doggy Pet Grooming for a conditional use permit to operate an animal daycare at 1873 E. Fort Union Blvd., Cottonwood Heights in the CR - Regional Commercial zone. The hearing will be held at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (Council Chambers), 2277 E. Bengal Blvd., on October 2, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. Inquiries should be directed to Andy Hulka, Planner, at 801-944-7065 or at ahulka@ch.utah.gov.

- In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify Paula Melgar, City Recorder, at 801-944-7021 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. If you would like to submit written comments on any agenda item they should be received by Michael Johnson no later than Wednesday at noon. Comments can be emailed to mjohnson@ch.utah.gov

- Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
