- EPHRAIM HISTORICAL COMMITTEE AGENDA GRANARY ARTS 86 NORTH MAIN, UTAH 84627 Tuesday, September 24, 2019 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim Historical Committee will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, in the Conference Room of Granary Arts, located at 86 North Main, Ephraim, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. BUSINESS/ACTION ITEMS: A. Approval of meeting minutes from Monday, August 12, 2019. B. Craig Paulsen- Discussion of historic preservation practices. C. Brian Kimball- Discussion of current city historical zoning. D. Discussion of Historic Preservation Ordinance E. Update on Ephraim Square buildings F. Timeline for next meeting 3. MEMBER REPORTS 4. ADJOURNMENT This facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available.
