IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, November 7, 2019 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 Purpose: Public Hearing giving notice that Ivins City has received a request from ENLAW, LLC, property owner, to adjust the municipal boundary line with Santa Clara for approximately six acres at the most southern and eastern boundary of Ivins City. The request would transfer six acres from the City of Santa Clara, to Ivins City. On September 5, 2019, the Ivins City Council adopted a Resolution indicating the City Council's intent to adjust the boundary that the City of Santa Clara has in common with Ivins City. The common boundary will be adjusted unless, at or before the Public Hearing, written protests to the adjustment are filed with the Ivins City Recorder by owners of private property located within the area proposed for adjustment. Residents are invited to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns and provide any input they may have with the proposed boundary line adjustment. All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place or may submit their views in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting. A copy of the proposed boundary line adjustment is available by request through Ivins City Hall or on Ivins City website at www.ivins.com In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder, Kari Jimenez, at Ivins City Hall, 55 N.
