Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the city offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearings shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order: 1. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a recommendation to adopt the city code Title 10 entitled 'Land Use Regulations', to repeal Title 10 as it currently reads an adopt a new Title 10. 2. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Brent Parker to reduce the setback from 150' to 40' on parcel #10-015-0002, due to the size of the parcel as allowed by code. 3. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Brent Parker to reduce the setbacks from 150' to 40' on parcel #11-091-0013, due to the size of the parcel as allowed by code.
