Description/Agenda: Notice of Request for Proposals: The Town of Bluff, UT will accept proposals from qualified engineers or engineering firms for a Town of Bluff Water Study that will include identification and analysis of available water resources, water rights, water distribution facilities, and the water needs of the Town of Bluff, UT over a period of 50-years. Copies of the RFP are available online at www.TownofBluff.org or at the Town of Bluff office located 190 N 3rd East #1, Bluff, UT, 84512. A copy is attached to this notice on the public notice website. Proposals will be received via mail to Town of Bluff, PO Box 324, Bluff, UT 84512 until 5 p.m. on October 10, 2019. The water study is funded by a Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant.
