NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. APPOINTMENTS 6. BUSINESS a. Report by Brent Schmidt on the Sevier Valley Hospital. b. Public hearing to receive comments on the City's application to the CIB for a combination of grant/loan to fund the Community Development Center. c. Consider a motion to accept an agreement with Sunrise Engineering to design a sprinkling system for the new park similar to what was done at the cemetery. d. Consider a motion to adopt Resolution 2019-9 accepting the annexation petition filed by the KOA Campground. e. Consider a motion to readopt Resolution 2019-5 dissolving Redevelopment Agency. 7. OTHER BUSINESS 8. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property. 9. ADJOURNMENT
