Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, during a regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South, regarding the following matters: Minor Subdivision Plan - Request of Phil Holland for a Minor Subdivision Plan called Dutch Manor on 3.8 +/- acres located at approx. 2270 S 1660 W in the R-2 Zone. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
