- PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 09/25/2019. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. AGENDA 1. OPENING REMARKS 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ROLL CALL 4. SAFETY SECONDS - Councilmember Davis 5. PUBLIC COMMENT 6. RECOGNITION - Presentation of an award of recognition to Ron Brewer for his professionalism and work at the Water Treatment Plant. CONSENT AGENDA 7. MINUTES a. Minutes of September 11, 2019 City Council Workshop b. Minutes of September 11, 2019 City Council Meeting 8. LIBRARY BASEMENT RAMP PROJECT - Consideration and possible approval to sign the CDBG Grant Contract for the Library Basement Ramp Project. This contract will provide $37,889 towards the project. 9. 100 NORTH/CARBON AVENUE SIGNAL REPAIR - Consideration and possible approval of repair of signal light by Oak Hollow Electric Company for $8,377. Signal is owned by UDOT and damaged by Price City during water leak repair. Oak Hollow is one of only three contractors approved by UDOT for this type of work. All three were solicited and Oak Hollow is the lowest price. 10. BUSINESS LICENSES - Consideration and possible approval of business licenses for: Cydney Lehr at 790 N Cedar Hills Dr. and Nikki Kaye Sillitoe at 35 N 300 E. 11. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
