- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING September 18, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting September 18, 2019 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments (limit of 3 minutes) 2. MOTION: Approval of August 21, 2019 City Council Minutes 3. MOTION: Business license 4. Jacob Sharp CVSSD information on General Obligation Bond on upcoming election 5. Nielsons properties presenting RV Park 6. MOTION: City help placing sewer under Hwy 31 7. MOTION: City Property Rentals 8. MOTION: Audit Committee Resolution 14-2019 9. Mayor's Report 10. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 11. Council's Reports 12. Zoning Administrator Report 13. City Claims and Review of Financials 14. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
