Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, September 17, 2019 in the Council Room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Civco Engineering - Culinary and Conservation Master Plan Updates. 5. Discussion and Action on Resolution 091719-001; Cancelling the 2019 General Election. 6. Discussion and Action on ConAmore Fishing Day Donation. 7. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department 8. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed). 9. Closed Executive Session 52-4-205 (1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) (if needed). 10. Approval and Signing of Checks. 11.
