PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 26th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 E 100 S, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1144 N 170 E (Big Spring Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Randy Dean for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Sweet Caroline Plat A, on property located at approximately 1144 North 170 East in the R1-12 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 1070 N 730 E (Big Springs Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Chalena L. Jepperson for a Conditional Use Permit for a Kennel License to allow more than two dogs on property located at 1070 North 730 East in the R1-9 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 825 E 200 S (Scratch Gravel Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Deny Farnworth for a 6-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Adam's Acres Subdivision Plat 'A,' on property located at approximately 825 East 200 South in the R1-10 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 389 S 1300 W (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mark Ringger for a 2-lot, 1-parcel, commercial preliminary subdivision plat called doTerra Subdivision Plat 'B,' on property located at approximately 389 South 1300 West in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
