- Invitation for Bids Clearfield City is accepting electronic sealed bids for the Clearfield Community Arts Center - Electrical Service Upgrade. The detailed bid documents can be viewed by visiting http://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah. All submissions to this bid are due electronically by the bidder through Sciquest no later than Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. The contact on this project is Todd Freeman, Civil Engineering Consultants (CEC), 5141 South 1500 West, Riverdale, Utah, 84405 or (801) 866-0550.
